How much does GreenRoute lawn care software cost?
GreenRoute starts at $0/month with the Starter plan, which includes unlimited customers, contracts, and invoices. The Professional plan is $10/month and adds route planning, weather forecasts, and notifications. Professional Plus is $50/month for teams and accounting. Enterprise is $199/month for large organizations (coming soon).
Does GreenRoute charge per user or per crew member?
No. GreenRoute never charges per user. All plans are flat monthly rates. Professional Plus includes up to 3 teams with 5 members each, and Enterprise includes unlimited teams and members — all at a single monthly price with no per-seat fees.
Is there a free trial for GreenRoute?
Yes. Every new account gets a 90-day free trial of all Professional features — no credit card required. After the trial, you can continue on the free Starter plan or upgrade to keep Professional features. You never lose your data.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your GreenRoute subscription at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you downgrade, you keep access to your paid plan through the end of your billing cycle.
What payment processing fees does GreenRoute charge?
GreenRoute uses Stripe for payment processing. Credit card and Apple Pay/Google Pay transactions are processed at standard Stripe rates plus a small GreenRoute platform fee (1.00% on Starter and Professional, 0.75% on Professional Plus, 0.50% on Enterprise). Processing fees are passed to the customer by default, so you receive the full invoice amount. On Professional plans and above, you can also track cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal payments manually at no extra cost.
